

Last month Mrs. Spoon and Family Kitchen had our very first “gluten-free” workshop.

We shared insights, demoed recipes and armed attendees with knowledge to successfully and “tastefully” follow a gluten free lifestyle.
What joy was it to have Carey Haupt, Registered Dietitian present the class with me.

We made a delicious low-sugar gluten-free cake and gluten-free pizza!
Carey needs to take all the credit for this bread recipe. Honestly the best gluten-free bread I tasted by far!
